Please follow these instructions:

1. Send a mail to charcoalab@yahoo.com with your personal details and the number of Charcoalab Kits you would like to order. Alternatively, you can download and complete the form kitorder.txt and send it back to us.
2. Wait for our invoice email. It will contain our calculation for the shipping costs corresponding to your order, as well as our bank information.
3. Pay the bill for the shipping costs (precise explanations are given in the invoice email).
4. Confirm your order by replying to the invoice email.
5. On receipt of the payment, we will send you a confirmation email with the estimated timeframe for delivery of the kit.
